Expert pinpoints sign Meghan Markle ‘too busy’ for royal return

Meghan Markle recently made her debut podcast appearance on The Jamie Kern Lima Show, which aired on Monday.

In the episode, she discussed her latest ventures, including the recent launch of her lifestyle brand, As Ever, which debuted last month.

Body language expert Judi James, speaking to Casino.ca, analyzed Meghan’s behavior during the interview, emphasizing how her gestures conveyed just how “extremely busy” she is.

James noted that Meghan used subtle cues, such as fluttering her eyes and sighing, to express a sense of being overwhelmed, often accompanied by what James described as a “happy agony” pose—looking upward with a smiling grimace.

Additional nonverbal signals of stress included sighing and holding her fingers stiffly, hinting at underlying physical tension.

James also pointed out Meghan’s use of more dramatic gestures, such as pinching the bridge of her nose to signal fatigue, and even covering her face with her hand in a classic “masking” motion, all while declaring, “Oh my gosh I work so hard,” which James interpreted as an expression of exhaustion.

During the episode, Meghan, who officially stepped away from royal duties with Prince Harry in 2020, also addressed the possibility of writing a memoir. When asked, she offered a surprising and reflective response, saying, “I think people are often curious if I’m going to write a memoir, but I’ve got a lot more life to live before I’m there.”

In addition to her professional life, Meghan spoke warmly about her family, praising her husband, Prince Harry, and their two young children, Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lilibet, 3.

Speaking about Harry, she affectionately said, “H, that man loves me so much,” and reflected on the life they’ve created together, saying, “We have built a beautiful life, and we have two healthy, beautiful children.” She lovingly described Archie and Lilibet as “the greatest.”
