I went in for my annual physical, and my doctor noticed I looked worried.

I sighed. “Honestly, Doc… I’m getting so forgetful. I forget where I park, whether I replied to messages, and sometimes I can’t even remember where I was going—or why I got up in the first place. What can I do?”
He paused, looked at me with genuine concern, and finally said…
