An elderly, deeply religious couple lived an incredibly healthy lifestyle. They were strict vegans, exercised every day, and never touched alcohol or fat. Thanks to this, they lived to be over 90 years old before peacefully passing away in their sleep.
When they arrived in heaven, Saint Peter showed them to a magnificent mansion filled with gourmet food—juicy steaks, sweet cakes, and fine wine.
The old man was shocked and asked, “Saint Peter, if we eat all this, won’t we get high bl**d pressure, diabetes, or high cholesterol?”
